Send email doesn’t work

    First i’m sorry if you don’t understand my english , im french and i try to do my best.

    I have a problem with the plugin, i have see and do like the video tutorial but when i send my quiz i don’t receive email and i don’t know if is an mistake of me or a problem from the plugin

    Thanks for choosing to use this plugin! Email can be very tricky as there are many many factors involved with sending an email.

    Would you be able to test the email of your WordPress installation? To do this, please install the plugin called Check Email by Chris Taylor which you can find here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-email/ or you can search for it from your Add New page in your Plugins menu.

    Once installed, the plugin will add a new Check Email page to the Tools menu. Please go to that page, enter your email address in the “Send test email to” field and then click “Send Test Email” Leave the other settings at the default. Please let us know if you receive this test email.

    Once finished, feel free to de-activate and delete the Check Email plugin.

    I have the same problem with the email sender.
    I have installed the plugin “Check Email” and I tried to send an email to my address. It’s works well and I received the test email.
    So what I can do to solve my problem?
