Send email for new order on outlook

    Hi,
    I have WooCommerce install on this site.
    I have set up send email for new order in setting -> email of WooCommerce with the address of my client which is a outlook address (tbfbat@outlook.com).

    My client receive not all email of new order.
    I have made test and with gmail address I receive all email (made up to 10 test) but with a outlook or hotmail address I receive almost all emails but not all.

    I search for a answer and I don’t find anything work for me.

    Can someone have a solution for that or had the same problem and solve it?

    Can you try with an SMTP system to see if that works for you,

    WooCommerce sends emails with the wp_mail() WordPress function. The plugin bypasses this function and use php mail function so should be a fix for this.

    To build on @madhusudan977’s comment, I’d recommend starting with the WP Mail Logging plugin:

    That plugin will log every email that is sent from your server. So if the customer isn’t receiving the email, you can check to see if it was sent. If it was, then looking into a different SMTP system is a good direction.

    You just need to send emails from another server. Use elasticmail, 5000 free emails daily.

    If you get the emails at Gmail but not Outlook.com – it sounds like Outlook might be blocking them as Spam or filtering them out. I would suggest either using a different email or checking to see if can mark these as Safe on outlook.com
