    I’d like to ask you how I can create a new email or reply to one, from within WordPress, so I can use the plugin’s layout?

  • The email template works with any message sent with wp_mail() (this should be all emails)
    You just need to find/create a user interface for this function.

    Unfortunately I cannot create something like this as I am not a programmer.

    Can you please suggest any working plugins to achieve this kind of functionality?
