Send Email Notifications To Different Accounts depending on the selection field

    Hi, I have a single contact form with a dropdown select field.

    I would like each selection to send a notification to a different email address. Like this

    Sales = [email protected]
    Support = [email protected]
    etc

    Is it possible to configure this using forminator?

    Hope all is well!

    I am afraid out of the box it is not possible to send a notification to a certain email based on the options chosen in Select fields. This feature was requested at the past and our developers have added it to the features list, hopefully, it will be developed soon.

    You may create two forms, one for Sales and one for Support and load a form in a pop-up modal based on user’s selection. Pop-up modal can be created with the Hustle plugin.
