Send email on form submission (like for registration)

Hi, I’ve looked everywhere for an answer or solution. When a user registers in Ultimate Member, I get an email with the content of the submission that plays nice with my automation. I would like to get an email when a user submits a UM form on one of my Profile Tabs, like fills out their profile, or agrees to our Terms and Conditions on another tab. Am I missing something in the Email Settings?? Is there a code snippet that makes this possible? I’m missing really important notifications when a customer interacts with my site.
