    The code provided in that tutorial is so that you can send notifications to the employer when they submit a job and then you approve it so that it is actually published.

    If you want to be notified when a job is submitted for you to review, you can change the email notification settings in WP Job Manager directly by clicking on the Job Listings menu in WP-Admin, then click on Settings > Email Notifications and make sure the ‘Admin Notice of New Listing’ option is checked.

    I’m aware about that option, I was talking about sending an email to another email address by tweaking the code of that tutorial.

    Just to make sure I understand, are you wanting those emails to go to the user that is submitting the job, once the job is submitted and then published, or were you wanting it to go to another user on the site?
