send email response to two person

    Hi guys,

    Please,
    When any user editing post on my website , he will wait to my approve.
    in this case i will get message to my email to agree.
    If i want that message go to anther email address and to another person(editor) on my site , how can i do that ?

  • Setup a new email address on your web server that forwards email to the email addresses you want. Now use that new email address as the WordPress admin email address. You can add or remove addresses any time you want without changing WordPress or digging into PHP code.

    How you do it depends on your web server software.

    HostGator has a video for cPanel which should work for most cPanel controlled web servers.

    If in doubt, ask your web server help desk how to add email addresses.

    But can i do that in the Dashboard, if i want change only when the user post something on my site m i will get message to approve that, so i want that message go to another email address (another Admin or Editor)?

    No. Only one email address can be added in the WordPress Dashboard.

    Okey,
    In this case , i will change my email address in the Dashboard and then i will write another email address because i don’t want to take control about everything alone.

    I think i can do that.
