send email to site administrator

I would like to create a shortcode to send the contact form to send emails to the site admin email

I am managing a multi-site network. When I duplicate a site for a new author, I set her email address in the admin email field on the setings/general tab. Then I don’t have to maintain the email address in 2 different places.
