Send email to user that his post has been approve orrejected

Hello,

Admin should able to see the listing of the custom post type submitted by the user.

Admin should able to see the details of that custom post type.

Admin can approve or deny the request, with a comment.

If admin Denny it should trigger an email to the user with the comment.

If the admin accepts it should trigger an email to the user with a comment and it should start displaying in the custom post type listing.
