Send email twice

Thanks for reaching out! When you configure the WP Mail SMTP plugin on your site, all of your website email notifications sent with the WordPress default wp_mail() function, will be routed through the WP Mail SMTP configured mailer.

Did you install any other plugins recently? If you’re using WooCommerce, you need to check WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails or check other WooCommerce addons that you have installed on your site.

I checked with other plugins but none of them are using wp_mail() and they are not sending email.

This happens when the order status changes from processing to completed. And the customer receives two emails regarding their order completion.

I realized there is a duplicate order note for order status change.
“Order status changed from Processing to Completed.
This recorded two times. Do you know how can we solve this?

I fixed the problem already. I deleted WP Mail SMTP with all the settings and also I reset the other plugin then reinstall WP Mail SMTP and other plugins. They are both working fine.
I am not sure what was the problem but it is fixed now.
