Send email, when database get a new update.

You can use any form plugin for this. Simply create a form whose settings make sure that an e-mail is sent and that the data entered is also saved in the WordPress database if necessary. You can find a selection here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search/forms/

i have used a plugin(data access ) to create the form and do other CRUD task. But it does not have this active, I need help on how to go about it. Thanks
