    and how can i configure it to trigger abandoned cart mail. thanks

    Hi @ddmmdit,

    – Unfortunately, the delay section is not enabled for that action type, it is only enabled for “X Time” action types
    – You can trigger abandoned cart mail by selecting the “X Time after Cart Abandoned” action type

    will this retrieve abandoned cart of each customers without using any shortcode from email variables.

    Not sure what you mean. You can indeed send emails for abandoned carts. Just create a new send event and choose the “X time after cart abandoned” Action Type.
