    Is there any option to send “Failed Order” notification to the customer. so the customer knows that the order needs to be paid/order again.

    Thank You for your response. But WooCommerce sends Failed Order notification to admin or specific recipient email that I set from the admin. I want to send it to the customer whose order is Failed. I could not find any option for this plugin and WooCommerce setting to do this. so I am asking.

    Hello Soumya,

    You are correct that we do not have the option to send a “Failed Order” email to a customer. This plugin’s purpose is to let you customize some texts and styles of the core WooCommerce email templates and unfortunately, the functionality you want is not part of our plugin’s scope.

    However, this plugin will just take over the design part of the email templates, other WooCommerce email actions will still be done by them.

    As Hannah mentioned, you can reach out to the WooCommerce support team to inquire if there is any workaround to do send the failed order email to customers. They will be able to assist you better as they have more knowledge of WooCommerce’s email functionalities.

    Thank You for the above information. that’s why I love this plugin for designing the email template. it is very easy to use.

    And For the “Failed Order” email to a customer option, I have found a plugin that has this function,
