    Guys,I’ve been greatly satisfied by your firewall. And by your Antispam service too.

    I kinda suspect I have a false positive result. It’s a “Warning”.
    Almost 100% sure because I used other scanners( both an internal one and an external one) plus I use another a cloud based WAF as an addition but I’d like simply to inform your team that this button is not working on my site. Might be only on my site.

    We didn’t receive reports about this. The button should work.

    Are there any PHP or JavaScript errors? Could you try to reinstall the plugin with “Complete deactivation option enabled?

    1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General Settings tab)
    2. Check the “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then delete it.
    5. Install the latest version from WordPress catalog.
