Send form data to another form

Hi there,
For our site we will be using multiple contact forms. We would like to send the data from one form to another contact form. I’ve tried the Dynamic Text Extension, which works great for text fields, but I’m also using radio buttons and datepicker fields. Does anyone know how I can do this?
