Send FROM: is not correct

    FROM: Is my NAME or EMAIL, not my companys name, which is what I have in for SENDER INFORMATION under SEND SETTINGS.

    Any ideas on this ? THanks

    Hello,

    The “From address” is taken from the send settings of a campaign, or from the AcyMailing configuration if the send settings are empty.

    Do you mean that you entered an address in the send settings but the one from the configuration is used instead?

    For the “From name” the same rule applies, if the “Add names” option is active in the configuration.

    Note that we handle the “Sender” address differently: it will be the “Bounce email address”, and if there is none, the “From address”.
