    Hi,

    I noticed Newsletter can use the Sendgrid API.

    Does that mean that the bounces managed in Sendgrid can be synched with the corresponding functionalities in Newsletters?

    Also can Newsletters know that I’m using Sendgrid White label links for tracking and report on that ? (I’d rather use them rather thant the bit.ly short links options offered by Newsletters)

    If not, are these something on your roadmap?

    Thank you for your post.

    For SendGrid bounces, you can use the regular POP mailbox feature in the Newsletter plugin. We are working on integrating the SendGrid bounce API at the moment.

    You can turn on links tracking inside SendGrid. The plugin sends the emails through SendGrid and on SendGrid’s side, they create unique tracking links from the links in your email which they then track. See this, please: https://sendgrid.com/docs/Glossary/clicks.html
