Send Lead to another CRM through UPICRM

    Hi Is there a tutorial (youtube video, article, etc) on how to send a UpiCRM lead to another CRM? I am looking to send the leads as they come in to another CRM which enables an SMS to be sent to the person who has been assigned the lead. Are you familiar with any free (or cheap) CRM that would enable the above functionality since UpiCRM does not allow SMS to the lead assignee.
