Send leads to everyone in list and let them choose

  • Hi guys great plugin.

    So what I want is to auto-send leads to a group, can I do this using the rules?

    Also in my email I only want to send one field such as message / remarks.

    Then if the recipient clicks on accept or something like that it will send them another email with more fields.

    Accordingly it should update the lead status to show someone has clicked on accept.

    How can I do this?

    Hello!
    In the section “Email Notifications”, in field “CC”, you can add addresses. Or in the same section “Distribute all leads and updated to additional email address (or multiple addresses separated by comma (,):”.

    Hi thanks for your reply, actually we want to bcc everyone so that they don’t see each others emails. Can this be done?

    Also can we edit the original email so only the message details/remarks field is sent and then maybe on click or acceptance of the request it will forward the other details?
