Send listing for approval not working

Hi there.
I’m still struggling with this topic.
I can’t make “send listing for approval” appear when a FREE SUBMISSION listing expires.
When a free listing expires, it just lets me delete it.
Hopefully there’s a solution.

How can I reactivate a FREE SUBMISSION listing (pay per listing option) once it expires?
It only lets me delete it (“ELIMINAR”). Check this screenprint.

It does not appear any other option.
