    when I split an order, no mail arrives to the customer. I would like that the customer receive an email for each separate order

    Did you check the settings page, there is a checkbox to turn split and merge action emails ON/OFF.

    it doesn’t work.
    If I activate the auto split, It doesn’t send mail of the slipt’s order

    No, you are still trying the wrong option. There are two checkboxes under email notifications section in right sidebar on settings page.
