    OK, I added a new category and I see it is unchecked in the edit screen in Notification. That could be it? Strange because it shows all the categories in list view…

    I have exactly the same issue…I’m finding the email notification to subscribers really unreliable. It worked perfectly for the first two weeks, nothing has changed except now it shows as having been sent, not in reality is not sending – I’m on the subscriber list myself and have stopped getting the email notifications. Can anyone advise? Thanks

    Does Compose Email & Send Email work?

    Hi,

    Can you please check if the new category to which you are publishing post is checked in the Notification tab?

    Explaining further, whenever you add a category for the post, Email Subscribers plugin will show the category in the list but it won’t check that category automatically. You would need to check that category by editing the notification to make sure email is send when new posts are published.
