Send mail to individual address from contact form

    I have added a specific contact form to my survey in which the anonymous (not logged in) web user can enter a mail address (the field value can be retrieved by %%user_email%%). How can I send a mail to this address after the user has submitted the survey (using pro version)?

    Dear @realack,

    Thank you for your topic.

    To send emails to users after they complete the survey, please navigate to Survey Maker -> Surveys -> specific survey -> E-mail tab and enable the “Send email to user” option.
    Once enabled, you can customize it to meet your needs.

    Yes, that is correct. However, I was talking about anonymous users who enter an e-mail address in a survey form.

    This e-mail address is to be used for sending. There is no wp user.

    I would like to note that this option also works for guests.
    You will need to use an email-type question for this.

    One last question: What will happen if there is more than only one mail-type question?

    If there is more than one email-type question, the email will be sent based on the last one that the user fills out.
