Send mail using contact list without importing

    Hello,
    I understand, correct me if I’m wrong, that the plugin may synchronize contacts (ie import them in the plugin environment).
    I understand as well that sendinblue HTTP API allows to send to a contact list that is managed by sendinblue.
    To me it adds an unecessary layer of complexity to have to import contacts in the plugin. Is there a way to target sendinblue contact lists directly?

    Hi, no it is not possible… you should send emails directly from sendinblue using the contact list stored on their side.

    Thank you Stefano for your feedback. But then doing so would make Newsletter plugin useless, isn’it, since one of the major benefits of Newsletter plugin is to automate the production of Newsletter based on various criterias and send them in the blue ?? on a regular basis.

    Correct me if I’m wrong. I understand it is more that Newsletter plugin does not support this feature, as a matter of fact Sendinblue API provides the necessary hooks to access contacts lists.
