Send mail with tracking number link to customer

Unfortunately I could not find any precise infos about this topic. We would like to send our customers the tracking number for their package automatically via email. Is this possible with the plugin?

The shop is located in Germany and already has all the necessary credentials. I would be very grateful for any further informations.
