Both on the same domain, installed on the same WP instance.

I get a OK Return on both forms.

With the first one, https://www.datanumen.com/contact/, for most of the time, I wiill fail and see the following error:

In rare cases, I will succeed. So I think there is a problem with it.

Is there a detailed error log so that I can see what is the problem?

You use @test.com which is not taken as a free email so your message is sent successfully. If using email such as [email protected], then you will fail.
