Send messages to wordpress users

    Hi!

    Is it possible to configure the plugin so that it sends the messages we need to users when they specify their account login in their personal account?

    Hi !! Its not Easy because :

    1) you need the User chatid ( you cant get programmatically) the user should provide you the number

    2) the user should join the bot to receave message

    Too many steps so i will not include in the standard plugin version
