could it be that it’s in your email spam folder ?

No it’s not checked multiple times, all admins except me are having the same problem..

What are you using to separate the e-mail addresses?

The field should look something like this;
[email protected],[email protected],[email protected]

That’s EXACT what I did. ;-(

did you try changing your mail sending method at Events > Settings > Emails > Email Settings ? eg. using SMTP then your gmail account to rule-out any server issue
