send new user log in details using SMS

    when vendor or admin create new customer from WCFM dashboard email sent to customer email contains the next
    ((Dear user,Your account has been created as Customer. Follow the bellow details to log into the system
    Site: https://mysite.com / Login: username / Password: vil9JRZKq0RC Thank You))

    I need to this information to be sent to user mobile in SMS parallel with email
    how to do that ? any recommended plugins to do that ?
    also
    there are plugin name wpnotif can send SMS to user after registration if this plugin is okay where to find the template that contains website , username, password data to add to this plugin
