Send notification to customers with backorder products

  • Hello, we wanted to setup an email to send after a customer order is placed with any product on backorder (no stock).

    Is this possible with your plugin?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Yes, it is possible to send an email on product backorder. To do so, after activating the plugin, you have to go to the “WooCommerce > Emails > Your custom email > edit page” and set the “Trigger” to “Product in backorder notification”. Please give it a try.
