Send Optimization Request not working

    I pressed the button to gather the image data which worked fine. Now the button has changed to a button that says ‘Send Optimization Request’ but nothing happens when I press it. It looks like it’s doing something for a second or two, but then the button lights back up again even though nothing has happened.

    I’ve pressed the button many times and same thing happens. I have the domain key and server IP fields filled in correctly.

    Please help.

    Please try click “destroy all optimized data” and then try to send it again
