Send Order Details in CSV Format to Suppliers via Email

    Hello,

    I’m in the process of setting up my company’s internal store to feature products from multiple suppliers, with orders being sent directly to each supplier when their products are ordered via email. I found a WordPress plugin called ‘Supplier Order Email,’ which automatically sends an order email to the relevant supplier, but it only supports PDF attachments. I’m wondering if there’s an alternative plugin that allows for creating suppliers and sending order details with a CSV attachment via email?

    Hi @benjaminjones

    While the Supplier Order Email plugin supports only PDF attachments, I suggest you try the Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce or WooCommerce Customer / Order / Coupon Export plugin. This plugin allows you to export orders from your WooCommerce store to a CSV file and send it via email.

    You can create suppliers as users with specific roles, then set the plugin to automatically send the CSV file to the corresponding supplier’s email when their products are ordered.
