Send page is blank

after the conception page, the send page is totally blank.

Are you referring to the 4th step in the email editor (after creating the email, and going to the final page for sending)? Please send a screenshot of what you see when trying to load that page. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

Also, please go to MailPoet > Help > System Info and copy the info there, then REMOVE sensitive info like your name, email, license key, FROM address, Reply-to address, and Bounce address, and send the other info so we can take a look.

Hi there,

Thank you for sending all that over.

In the past, we’ve seen some cases of pages not loading correctly that turned out to be caused by a browser plugin/extension (i.e. ad-blocker, security, etc) preventing files from loading as expected. Please try testing from an Incognito/Private browser window with browser extensions disabled, and see if you still have the same issue.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, it’s possible there may be a code conflict (from another plugin / theme) breaking the JavaScript on that page and preventing it from loading. If you right-click on the page, and select “Inspect”, then switch to the Console tab, do you see any error messages there? If so, please copy them and send them here. Screenshot of that console could be helpful as well.
