Send pdf with CF7 is not working with CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension

I have made a contact form with CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension. and also used send pdf with CF7 for sending the data as a pdf to the email. But its not working. The mail is receiving but the pdf is not attached with the email. I have used the CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension to design the form. How can I solve the problem ?..please help
