Send push notification from wordpress dashboard for another site

    Hello,
    I have created an ionic app as a website and I also use a wordpress site so that the database admin of the ionic app manages it through the wordpress site. Could I use this plugin in WordPress to send notifications to the ionic app but could be able to edit notifications through it wordpress dashboard?
