Send Push Notification using WPUserFrontend Post Forms

I just left a review, very, very happy to have found this plugin!

My members create a new post from the frontend using a WPUserFrontend form I created.

I am wondering if there is some custom html or code I can add to the frontend form to create a checkmark box for those who want to send a push on publish, same as in back end of Worpdpress Admin edit post page?
