Send QR Code with form data

Hi, I’m using CF7 with paypal extension that redirects to paypal after the submit.
I need to send a QR code with all the form data informations AFTER the payment.

In other words it would be really nice to have a QR code composer in the mail body.

Of course I’m open to any other solution.
