Send Renewal Order Email Earlier

Thanks for your message!

Ideally, I’d want to have the mails sent out x days before, so they have time to make the payment. In case the subscription is charged from their credit card, it makes sense to send the email on the day itself of course.

Is this possible? I have the “Send Manual Renewal Reminder” setting of WooCommerce Subscriptions set to 14 (days before subscription due date), but that doesn’t seem to solve it.

Are you using our WooCommerce Subscriptions extension?

I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.
