    Hi casatreslobos,

    We answered your email that you sent regarding the same issue. For the records, the issue was one of the fields set as required but was hidden which was not allowing reviews to be submitted. If you navigate to the “Fields” area of the “Options” tab, select “No” for the option “Required” for the “Product Name” row and the form should now work as expected.
