Send reviews later on

  • Hi
    How customer can give review later on ? i mean suppose i have bought one product today but i don’t want to give review now. may be later on after 15 days. so from where they can give review ? which link they need to open for that ?

    suppose my site url is : https://www.mywebsite.com

    Please advice.

    I mean i have installed this plugin today so is it possible to get review/rating from old customers who had already bought products so many times ?

    To your first comment, that’s exactly what this plugin does. It does not collect a review right away. Instead, it lets users opt-in to take the review survey after they have received their product. There is a delay, and then Google sends them an email to give their review.

    To your second comment, no unfortunately, you can’t retroactively opt people in who have already purchased their product before you installed the plugin (unless they still have the URL of the their thank you page with their order number and key in it).

    What when vote not showing on thanks you page or google not send email?
