Send right now – 280/334 succeeded

I’m using MailPoet on a mailing mail under 400 people. I do not have server control to setup cron jobs so I have to use the “Don’t wait & send right now” option. I have tried to send more emails than usual and it has timed out with 280/334 sent. My simple question is, if I click “Don’t wait & send right now” again, will it send only the ones that didn’t send before, or will it start from the top of the list again?
