Hi @louisapple,

Please add the Email smart tag of the form submitter in the “Reply-to” field in the Notification Settings.

This will allow you to reply the email to the form submitter.

Hi @louisapple – Looks like there is an intervention of a secondary SMTP application controlling this behavior.

Could you please check and let us know if there is a secondary SMTP related application that is overwriting the “Reply to” email address?

yes we use a plugin called “Post SMTP“

figure out what happened, reply to id is 5 not 1
