Send translations without being logged

Currently, it is not possible to suggest translations without being logged.

I’m thinking about using GlotPress for a Java project, which is on GitHub but no one ever sent translations.

There are two reasons why I’m asking this:
1. I will be adding it to my personal page in which I hide the login
2. I want to make it extremely easy for the few users that might want to send translations ??

Is it possible to add the login restriction as an option?
