I can confirm that you GTM Kit settings are OK.

The problem is most likely in your Google Tag Manager configuration. Please show me a screendump of the variable {{Datos de EnhConv}}.

I think I know what the problem is.

All the ‘Enhance Conversion’ Data Layer Variables (in GTM ) have the wrong ‘Data Layer Variable Name’.

For instance, for the Variable “dlv – Enhance Conversion – First Name”:

I see this in the Data layer: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sQd3u7b0QfDiGi8aP6P9sDp0YG9ZYMXB/view?usp=sharing

And I see this in the Variable settings: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sQd3u7b0QfDiGi8aP6P9sDp0YG9ZYMXB/view?usp=sharing

I think, the right variable name should be: ‘ecommerce.customer.billing_first_name’ and not ‘customerBillingFirstName’.

Should I manually change all these variables? If so, I already know how to do it.

Or I can do in a bulk way through the settings of your plugin?

    Thanks.

instead of defining every single variable like ‘ecommerce.customer.billing_first_name’ you should define one Data-Layer Variable from ‘user_data’, which contains all the user data. You could name it ‘dlv – User Data’

I’m asuming that {{Datos de EnhConv}} is a variable of the type ‘User-Provided Data’. Edit this vairable and instead of using the type ‘Manual configuration’ you must select ‘code’ and set ‘dlv – User Data’ as the source.

The data in ‘user_data’ is named and formatted exactly how Google want it. The advantage of using this variable is that future changes from Google will automatically be implemented by GTM Kit, and it will not be necessary to change anything in Google Tag Manager.
