    Among others, the email settings allow:
    * Event Submission – Email to Administrator
    * Event Approval – Email to Submitter

    I would also like to send the submitter and email upon submission. This lets me give them details on the timeline for approval – and to pitch them advertising for the event they submitted.

    I’d love to see it as a built in option – or if anyone has ideas how to configure it outside of the Events Manager settings.

    EM user here too…

    Unfortunately that is not possible within EM, unless you do a lot of custom coding. EM has no email template “left” for you to use as such. ??

    But…
    This does sound like it should be easy enough to be integrated in my EM add-on Email Users Pro. I will look into that. Thanks! ??
