Send WooCommerce custom values to MailChimp?

Hi, I read here: https://mc4wp.com/kb/send-additional-cf7-fields-mailchimp I can send additional values to MailChimp using my CF7 form. Ok, is it possible with the WooCommerce chekout form too?
I’d like to let my customers subscribe to newsletter, simply filling the checkout form.

I have to check but it seems the right solution so far.

I’d also want to use some custom fields in WooCommerce form and send them too… and see them in customer’s profile in backend. Could you please help me? Have you any idea? Thank you so much.
