    Hello,

    in order to get MailPoet to send again e-mails I want to autheticate the sender domain. Most of it works fine. Only the fourth and last entry – [TXT] _dmarc.domainname.tld | v=DMARC1; p=none; is not possible to do because there is already another _dmarc entry for another software. What can we do? Is it possible to still use MailPoet as sending service – our experience are very good so far?
    Thanks and best
    Michael

  • Hi, I am also having the same issue except the forth TXT entry works and the other 3 CNAME entries do not. I am unable to send out any emails for 5 days now with a paid subscription and there is no support on this. I have double checked the entries in my Hosting package and they are entered correctly. Can someone please help with this issue?

    Hi there @mholfelder,

    Thanks for reaching out on your domain issue. While we provide a default value for the TXT field required for DMARC, if you already have one, that should work as well. You should not need to add a second one with our specific values (in fact, only one is allowed so definitely don’t try to add a second one).

    There are a variety of fields and formats permissible for the DMARC field and as long as you are conforming to the defined standard, it should work to pick it up in our system.

    I do see, however, that your account is showing that the DMARC field is not parsing correctly. Looking it up in a DNS checker, it seems to be set to this:
    v=spf1 ip4:xx.xx.x.x/24 a:v1352822.kasserver.com -all

    This is not a valid DMARC format, as per here:
    https://dmarc.org/overview/

    If you have a developer working on your account, or know how this value was set up, please contact that person and ask why they felt it should have this format and what they were trying to achieve. Given that it is not a proper DMARC format, I would recommend replacing this value with the suggested MailPoet value, which is a generic DMARC setup that should work for all applications.

    Hello,

    In order to get MailPoet to send e-mails again I need to autheticate the sender domain. The first three entries are all verified. Only the fourth and last entry – [TXT] _dmarc.domainname continues to show as “pending” – even after 3+ weeks. ?

    I am unable to send out any emails and there is no support on this. I have double checked the entries and they seem to be entered correctly. Can someone please help with this issue?

    I have posted a query here, if that assists: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/sender-domain-authentication-dmarc-problem-2/

    Many thanks.
