  • Hi!

    I checked your domain name’s DNS and the only TXT record I see it’s v=spf1 include:spf.titan.email include:spf.mx.hostinger.com include:relay.mailchannels.net ~all from hostinger.

Could you please ensure that you’ve added a TXT record with Host _mailpoet.www.nutritioncrown.com and the Value that you can find in your account: https://account.mailpoet.com/sender_domains ?

It seems that the record wasn’t added correctly.

    Have a nice day!

    Hello,

I have checked again. In my mailpoet account, the TXT host is showing “_mailpoet.nutritioncrown.com”. However, according to your reply, I have changed the host to “_mailpoet.www.nutritioncrown.com”.

Also, I have added the value again. See: https://prntscr.com/11v6vqj

One thing I have noticed that after putting the value, the Quotation marks, double (“”) automatically applied.

    I’m confused about the problem.

    Please help.

    Hi there @archoudhury,

Please try using “_mailpoet.nutritioncrown.com” as it shows in your MailPoet’s account.

As for the quotation marks, I’m not sure why they’re added. Please reach out to your hosting company to check that.

At the moment, there are no MailPoet’s TXT records for your domain:

    https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/_mailpoet.www.nutritioncrown.com
    https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/_mailpoet.nutritioncrown.com

If your hosting is saying that your TXT record is added normally, you should be able to see it in public DNS. Otherwise, please ask them to explain why they’re not public.

    Hope it helps!

    Hello,
I am also facing a similar issue while verifying Sender domain. I also use Hostinger.
So I have created an email using hostinger which I have set to be a google alias to receive mails in my Gmail account now I have connected the same email with mail poet as the from email.
In order to verify the sender domain, I need to add the DNS records, which I have already done. It worked for the Dkim records but Isn’t working for the txt records.
    https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/outthrivenow.com
It is showing only Hostinger txt & not mailpoet even though it is correctly added.
    Could you please guide.
    TIA.
