Sender Name doesn't work on contact email

Ok so I have set up my contact form and all the other fields come through on the email great… but not the name field.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I am using the codes given in the generator.
In the form I am using [text* Name]
In the email itself I am using [name] but it doesn’t pull the details…
Any help would be appreciated
