Sender name with apostrophe get backslashes

I’m really sorry to hear that you are having issues with Forminator, I was wondering if you could please confirm the database encoding that you are using?

You can see this in the wp-config.php file.

I ask this because we ran test on two different sites but couldn’t reproduce the issue.

The character set is utf8

One more thing, this is happening only on Settings page – Form Headers. When I save any name with apostrophe and return to the settings page (not refresh the page) – backslashes shows up

This does not happen when I change sender name (From Name) in the actual form Notifications section

This is repeatable error.

I was able to replicate in my end and already created a task for our developers, so they can include a fix in a future release. I really can’t provide any specific version or estimated time, so please keep an eye for an update notification and don’t forget to always backup your site before proceeding with these.
